About Love Life Language

Why Love Life Language?

As unique as our finger prints, is something both physical and somewhat intangible, our heart print.

The things that intrigue our intellect and delight our senses, what warms our heart and ignites our passion. These are unique to every individual. We aren’t cut from a mold, we are individuals. We have our own heart print.

And… there are common joys and challenges, hopes and fears, griefs and triumphs that unite us in our shared humanity.

At Love Life Language, we explore what it means to love, what brings meaning to life, and the value of language to communicate and connect love and life within us.

A Three-Fold Cord is Not Easily Broken

When my husband and I were engaged and discussing what marriage means to each of us individually, one of the aspects we talked about is the endurance of love. Feeding love. Nurturing love. Ensuring not just the joy of beginning, but the deeper joy of growing our love.

When it came to choosing wedding rings, we chose an artisan who hand makes bespoke pieces. We were particularly looking for three strands of gold.

Why?

There is a Bible verse that I love that says:

A threefold cord is not quickly broken

Ecclesiastes 4:11-13 KJV Bible

To me, the three strands of gold are like three aspects of love: Love for one another, Love for God, and Love from God. You could see those aspects differently. If the love between us is woven together with a divine love, then there is a greater strength than one strand alone could give.

If I can carry that analogy further, at Love Life Language, we explore the individual strands of “What it means to love”, “What brings meaning to life?”, and “How do we communicate and connect with language?”

At Love Life Language we take those individual strands and feel their texture and their weight. We come to know each strand intimately as we pass them through our fingers and hands, weaving them into an entity, an existence greater than each individual strand.

We ask questions that invite our own knowings as well as the wisdom of others.

We create a space, and hold that space lovingly, to explore, trust, learn, and grow, as we share secrets for living a more balanced, joyful, and tranquil life.
